ISS Action was founded in 1991 and is headquartered near JFK International Airport. ISS Action is an 8a Graduated Woman Owned Small Business, and has been working tirelessly for its clients since inception. ISS Action was founded as an elite team of security professionals and has grown exponentially in the past few decades. It was founded based on the skills and techniques taught to our officers during service as Intelligence officers in the military.
Our long affiliation with the military has given us insight and understanding into the dangers that our clients must prepare for daily. Our executives are military experts, and have lectured at The United States West Point Military Academy.
ISS Action provides its clients with the highest level of security services to suit a wide variety of needs. Our expertise ranges from basic security functions, including armed and unarmed security, mobile patrol, crisis and risk management planning, emergency response plans, proven anti-pilferage programs, and licensed private investigative services.
Pamela Newman is the founder and CEO of ISS Action, and is involved in all levels of the operation including: negotiating contracts, interacting with clients, planning and directing company financing, and collaborating with all government authorities.
Pamela’s solid education from Barnard College and Columbia University Cum Laude, and her background in marketing and accounting, working with large firms like Grey Advertising and Bank Leumi have led to her role of leadership at ISS Action. Pamela maintains her affiliation with her roots as a member of the Barnard Alumna Association.
