MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Van, Bus & Work Area Cleaner / Janitorial – RGV, TX @ 2025 N. 77 Sunshine Strip, Harlingen, Texas 78550

TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES:
*Remove any trash from transportation vehicle interiors.
*Cleans transportation vehicle interiors to include, but not limited to driver’s compartment, walls, ceilings, windows, handrails, mirrors, seats, step wells, and floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
*Disinfecting of transportation vehicles.
*Performs bus lavatory waste dump and sanitizes with proper chemicals.
*Performs minor levels of exterior cleaning.

WORK AREAS
*Cleaning and preparing cleaning materials.
*Empty all trash receptacles and change plastic liners.
*Clean all glass and dust all surfaces.
*Sweep and mop floors with proper cleaning products.
*Clean all interior and exterior door surfaces, handrails, partitions, etc.
*Hourly Wage, plus Health & Welfare in addition to hourly wage towards employee medical OR 401K
